Municipal Housing and the council intends to demolish them and erect blocks of flats. The council has offered a flat in each of the neighbors complain but these conditions were imposed: a mortgage of three hundred per month for twenty years.
The council ordered the neighboring homes vacated last July but neighbors were there a resource.
